The YM-YWHA Ben Weider Jewish Community Centre is the fourth institution to receive a Rosen stone sculpture. WoW/Little Winner (Le Petit Vainqueur) was recently installed near its main entrance on Westbury Avenue.
The seven-ton work is of a stocky human figure raising his or her arms in the air in a celebration of victory.
Rosen hopes it conveys the message, especially to children, that they can achieve, be it in athletics or in the educational and cultural programming that the Y also offers.
